**Job Scope: HR Admin Executive / Assistant**

**1. HR Administration**
- Maintain and update employee records, both in physical files and HR systems.
- Prepare HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and resignation acknowledgments.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews.
- Support payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave, and overtime data.

**2. Recruitment Support**
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies or platforms when necessary.
- Maintain a database of job applicants and recruitment progress.

**3. Employee Relations**
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Help resolve day-to-day employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Assist in handling employee grievances in coordination with HR management.

**4. Office Administration**
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, stationery procurement, and office maintenance coordination.
- Manage company correspondence, phone calls, and document dispatch.
- Support travel and accommodation arrangements for staff when required.

**5. Compliance and Reporting**
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepare reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover, attendance, and leave balance.
- Assist with audits and HR documentation checks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Executive: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
Assistant: Fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience in HR is a plus.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, responsible, and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
