**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business goals and objectives.
- **Content Creation and Localization**:

- Develop high-quality marketing content in Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, and Khmer, including blogs, newsletters, white papers, case studies, and social media posts.
- Ensure all content is culturally relevant and accurately translated, capturing the nuances of the languages.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting specific industries and regions.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the target regions.
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Optimize website content and digital campaigns for search engines in Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, and Khmer.
- Manage paid search campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates and cost-effectiveness.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and regional platforms.
- Engage with audiences in the respective languages, building brand awareness and fostering relationships.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, and Khmer, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in these languages.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to adapt marketing content accordingly.
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably with a focus on multilingual campaigns.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, and social media management platforms.
- Strong SEO/SEM knowledge and experience with website analytics.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Ability to create engaging and culturally relevant content in multiple languages.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance improvement techniques.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in international markets, particularly in South Asia and Southeast Asia.
- Familiarity with additional languages from the region is a plus.
- Certification in digital marketing or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
