Job Description: 1. In charge of account payable and account receivable related processing and closing. 2. Update Cash Book, Account Receivable and Account Payable invoices on daily basis. 3. Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis on monthly basis. 4. Hands on in the daily operations to ensure all accounting entries are monitored closely. 5. Perform financial transactions data entry into accounting system. 6. Maintain proper accounting records and filing system. 7. Verify and process receipt, invoices, supplier payment, petty cash claim, expenses reimbursement and other accounts documentations. 8. Ensure that invoices are duly authorized and supporting documents are completed before payment. 9. Reconcile invoices and other disbursements and identify discrepancies. 10. Ensure that invoices are duly authorized and supporting documents are completed before payment. 11. Prepare bank reconciliation and balance sheet schedules. 12. Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual audits. 13. Monitor accounts receivables and send monthly debtors’ statement. 14. Maintain systematic filing system and safe keeping of documents for smooth data retrieving. Keeping accurate record for all daily transactions. 15. Perform any other job/duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time. Personal Attributes: 1) Detail-oriented, reliable, and have strong communication skills 2) Basic mathematics and can work with computer accounting software as well as basic computer skills 3) Strong time management skills 4) Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications 5) Ability to multitask 6) Strong analytical skills
