Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivables and accounts payables entries including the generation of e-invoicing transactions.
2. Perform month end closing on time include month end journals and schedules:
- Rental income and expenses schedules
- Leases schedules
- Fixed Assets schedules
- Expenses analysis schedules
- Tax computation and deferred tax
- Bank reconciliations
3. Update weekly cashflow, monthly cashflow and yearly cashflow projection.
4. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
5. Prepare draft audited financial statements and furnish audit information for year-end audit.
6. Prepare tax information for annual tax filing.
**Job Requirements**:
- Fresh Graduate
- Minimum diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities will be advantages.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
**Work Location: Jalan Sungai Dua, Gelugor, Penang Island**
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
