**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
**Account Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
- Understand clients’ business needs to provide tailored solutions and upsell opportunities.
**Sales Growth**:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
**Client Retention**:
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer issues effectively to maintain long-term partnerships.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Work with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products, services, and processes.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., technology, healthcare, etc.].
- Familiarity with virtual meeting tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights.
