1. To understand Hotel objectives in managing Account Receivables and Credit Management so as to:
a. -Provide an effective system to track Accounts Receivables for the activities of the Finance Manager.

b. -Provide Sales team and Heads of Departments with information necessary for them to manage their customers.

2. To ensure that all transfers to City Ledger, agrees with the control account.

3. To ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits posted to the individual accounts.

4. To ensure that the posting of invoices and settlements are up-to-date and that payments are

5. correctly aged.

6. To ensure the room rate charged to travel agents are in accordance with the contract (if

7. applicable).

8. To ensure the group billings are complete as per contract.

9. To ensure that correct amount recorded in the City Ledger, that unapplied credit balances are reconciled and that mínimal variances in payments are cleared at the time of receipt.

10. To process invoices / folios promptly and to render interim and monthly statements and follow up reminders on a timely basis.

11. To monitor and to maintain support of all advance deposits and to balance them to the general ledger at month-end.

12. To reconcile accounts receivable trial balances with the general ledger control accounts each month and to ensure accurate aging.

13. Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and any arises issues

14. Handle all special billing situations, including group reservations and convention

15. Experience with customer service and client communication

16. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: RM2,163.18 - RM4,777.40 per month
