**About the Role**

We are a fast-growing retail brand in the sanitaryware industry, seeking a Store Manager with proven industry experience to lead one of our flagship outlets. This is a hands-on leadership position offering real opportunities for career progression in a growing company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth store management
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and in-store product presentation
- Train and develop retail staff in customer service and product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Report regularly on store performance and operations to head office

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of experience in sanitaryware retail
- Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; English is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
