**Job Title: Barista (Part-time)**

**Department**: Operations Department - F&B

**Rate**:RM 10-14/hr

**Location**: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**Overall Job Objectives**:
The Barista is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and quality coffee and beverages. This role requires advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, a deep passion for coffee culture other variety of drinks.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You will greet customers, maintain a clean, well-stocked workspace, update displays and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage, preparation methods and presentation.
- Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and temperature for all beverages.
- Deliver exceptional service to each customer, ensuring their experience is positive and enjoyable.
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately, maintaining a fast-paced yet organized workflow.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Polite and engaging personality.
- Must be positive, friendly and knowledgeable.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

**KEY DELIVERABLES**:

- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained and cleaned properly according to health and safety guidelines.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through excellent customer service and suggesting additional items (e.g., pastries, snacks, and specialty drinks).
