Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, based in Kuala Lumpur. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean workstation, and ensuring food preparation meets company standards. Additionally, you will engage with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service to create a welcoming environment. You will also handle payments and assist in inventory management as needed.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage with diverse individuals and create a positive experience
  • Proficiency in Barista skills and Food Preparation to deliver high-quality beverages and food items
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a coffee shop or similar setting is a plus
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
