Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
  • Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to standard recipes.
  • Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.) safely and effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu, including seasonal items and promotions.
  • Upsell products and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Keep the workspace, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized at all times.
  • Restock and replenish supplies (cups, coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.).
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines consistently.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous barista or café experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Basic math skills and comfort using a POS system.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
