**Job Description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to intern with the people team to enable our department with administrative and people-related tasks. The intern's responsibilities include working on allotted projects and providing suitable recommendations to improve the eco system. You should also be able to communicate seamlessly within the team and beyond.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

HR Intern Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
- Some experience/Comfortable working in an office environment.
- Working knowledge of laws
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
