**Summary**

Sang GERAI is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Service Crew to join our team in Johor Bahru. If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Customer Service & Hospitality
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues immediately and professionally, escalating complex matters to the supervisor.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, checking back with guests shortly after serving to ensure satisfaction.
- Present menus and provide detailed information regarding dishes, daily specials, preparation methods, and ingredients, with a strong foods menu options
- Set up and reset dining tables and areas according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as the restaurant's policies and procedures.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Hiring age from 18years old - 36 years old (FIT TO WORK)
- Experience in a high-volume casual dining setting is a strong asset
- Experience in a busy full-service restaurant environment is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Punctual, reliable, team-oriented, and possessing a strong work ethic
