**OVERVIEW**

Your responsibility is to **handle transactions with customers accurately and efficiently**_**.**_ Your main role involves providing excellent customer service while **processing sales transactions and managing cash.**

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**

**1. Customer Service**:

- Assist customers with purchases and inquiries about the products/menu available.

**2. Cash Handling**:

- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and electronic systems.
- Scrutinize prices and discounts carefully to avoid errors.
- Move from table to table to engage with customers and take their orders.
- Present a detailed receipt to the customer, explaining the items and their costs.
- Instruct customers to proceed to the main cashier for payment.

**3. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth store operations.

**4. Adherence to Company Procedures**:

- Adherence to company regulations regarding cash handling and customer service with transparent, honest, and trustworthy behavior.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
**a) Nationality**:Malaysian. Must be 35 years and below.

**b) Experience**:Minimum of 3 -6 months of experience as a Cashier or related position will be prioritized.

**c) Skills**:

- Good basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and swiftly.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
