Web Programmer

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, manage, and maintain websites using WordPress and Laravel.
- Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client needs.
- Translate UI/UX designs into fully functional websites.
- Configure domains, hosting environments, DNS settings, and API integrations.
- Work with internal teams on technical feasibility, coding, and project scoping.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and ensure system security and performance.
- Provide technical documentation and training for client handovers.
- Continuously propose improvements in architecture and user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in WordPress and Laravel development (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of:

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
- PHP & MySQL
- WordPress theme & plugin development
- Laravel (Blade templating, Eloquent ORM)
- RESTful APIs & integrations
- Domain/hosting setup, DNS, SSL, deployment pipelines
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Preferred Skills**
- WooCommerce, Shopify, or other eCommerce platform experience.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- SEO fundamentals & Google Analytics.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
