Job Title : “Clinic Administrator”
The Clinic Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a medical clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This role involves administrative, financial, and personnel management to support the clinic's efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Operational Management
~ Oversee clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily activities.
~ Implement and maintain clinic policies, procedures, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
~ Manage inventory, including medical supplies and office equipment.
~ Ensure proper scheduling of patient appointments and staff shifts.
2. Financial & Billing Management
~ Monitor clinic budgets, expenses, and financial records.
~ Oversee billing, invoicing, and insurance claims processing.
~ Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial policies.
3. Human Resources & Staff Supervision
~ Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff, including receptionists, nurses, and support staff.
~ Conduct performance evaluations and provide training as needed.
~ Ensure staff adhere to medical ethics, confidentiality policies, and safety regulations.
4. Patient Relations & Customer Service
~ Ensure a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
~ Address patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
~ Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of medical records.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
~ Ensure the clinic meets all health and safety regulations.
~ Keep up to date with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and legal policies.
~ Conduct regular audits to maintain service quality.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
