**Department Objective**

Focus to develop communication materials through different touch points across all stores and channels.

**Role Objective**

To assist Marketing communication materials for campaign/project. To work with Marketing Team to ensure effective and efficient campaigns materials across all channels.
- Define requirements of campaign/promotion - visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, masthead, layouts and photos
- Development of communication materials such as web pages, catalogue, brochures, posters, digital advertisements, gifs, videos, and other communication materials.
- Development of materials through computer designing software.
- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size. Ensure readability of text and image.
- Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect the right specifications.
- Responsible for planning and organizing creative review internally within related departments / stakeholders (MD)
- Be creative and innovative to develop effective communication materials accordance to the budget.
- Actively source, follow up and initiate materials that best help to the category & business
- Responsible for quality and testing of content before final publication, i.e. create, design and edit graphic images to support online content.

**Job Requirement**
- Pursuing Diploma/ Degree in business/ marketing/ advertising / graphic design / creative multimedia or equivalent
- No working experience are also encourage to apply
- Knowledge using Adobe’s Creative Suits - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and more
- Knowledge on Social media, E-Commerce, Google Analytics, or AdWords is a plus Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized, technical savvy, think out of the box attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment
- Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of business ethics and integrity
- Able communicate clearly with a variety of people at all levels

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
