**Accounts and Admin Assistant**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage general accounting and book-keeping
- Reconciliation of daily and monthly bank statements
- Processing of account receivable and updating expenses reports
- Prepare sales Invoice and follow up with customer payment collection
- Cash book maintenance and bank reconciliations, fixed assets register and etc
- Ensure all accounting reconciliation are prepared timely and accurately
- Assist in financial report preparation.
- Filing and maintain the accounting records
- General office administration
- To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
**Job Requirements**:
**Requirements**:
- At least SPM with LCCI / ACCA / CIMA or Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to **handle accounts and reports with minimum supervision.**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools -(e.g. Word, Excel) to facilitate accounting reports
- Self-motivated with aptitude for learning, responsible and results-oriented.
- Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy, mature and always maintain confidentiality.
- Applicants must be willing to work at the **Waterfront**, **Port Dickson.**
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
