**Overview**

The Retail Supervisor - Souvenir is responsible for managing the daily operations of a specialty souvenir outlet. This role involves supervising a retail team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory and merchandising standards, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**

1) Leadership & Management
- Prepare and manage schedules and attendance record to ensure proper staffing levels.

2) Sales & Customer Service
- Drive sales through exceptional customer engagement and upselling.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to boost store performance.

3) Inventory & Merchandising
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure product displays, packaging, and store layout reflect brand identity and seasonal themes.
- Conduct regular stock counts and minimise shrinkage.

4) Operations & Reporting
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety standards, and cleanliness.
- Prepare and submit sales, inventory, and operations reports to management.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum SPM qualification
- More than 1 year of retail supervisory experience, preferably in souvenir, F&B retail, or lifestyle merchandise.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about local culture, tourism, and creative gifting.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
