Job Overview
As a Supervisor, you will create excitement around the products we offer, provide the right solutions to customers, and ensure a superior shopping experience. You will lead the retail team, support daily operations, and help drive store sales in line with company goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth business flow.
- Lead and supervise staff, ensuring they are trained in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Drive sales performance through effective team coaching, upselling, and promotional activities.
- Maintain workplace safety for customers, staff, and pets.
- Ensure all pets/animals in the store are properly cared for.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment with no empty shelves.
- Maintain good store housekeeping to create a pleasant shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role.
- Animal Science background is an added advantage.
- Sales-driven, energetic, and able to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Mature, pleasant personality and able to motivate the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
