**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant at **Farmasi Murni Ayer Keroh Melaka**, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the health needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products sold, including healthcare items, and health supplements.
- **Sales Support**: Assist customers with their purchases, provide product recommendations, and promote special offers or new arrivals.
- **Stock Management**: Ensure shelves are well-stocked, products are correctly displayed, and assist with inventory checks and restocking.
- **Store Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized store environment for a pleasant shopping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Knowledge of common supplements and health products is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Minimum SPM
