Job description
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to boost online traffic and brand awareness, achieving sales targets.
- Develop a comprehensive digital marketing plan covering SEO/SEM, Meta, and social media ads.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns including its visual aspects across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Meta and other platforms, to maximize ROI.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Analyze digital marketing analytics and share insights for optimization.
- Create and manage calendars for projects and campaigns, develop best practice campaign workflows.
- Identify TikTok trends and ensure those customers are reacting to these to help drive the growth of the accounts.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years in digital or performance marketing.
- Experience in social media marketing, ROI calculations, product lifecycle, marketing strategy, product promotion, go-to-market plans, and value propositions.
- Proficient in sales principles, marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales control systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
