**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting with client, design and come up with proposal based on client’s needs.
- Anticipating and informing clients of additional features which may be use to them
- Giving careful consideration to the placement of water and electrical systems to ensure safety
- Creating a plan which details the layout and appearance of all installations and loose furniture
- Deliver a great experience to prospective buyers by suggesting appropriate materials and finishes
- Assisting clients to select and supervise the work of independent contractors, so that their duties are conducted in accordance with clients’ visions.
- Provide accurate & efficient problem-solving idea
- Responsible to achieve personal sales performance and sales target: from following up on sales leads to developing good relationships with prospects.
- Manage client’s expectation costing and work closely with relevant departments to follow up on its progress.
- Serve every walk-in clients and answer to in-coming calls.
- Make follow up calls with leading prospects daily.
- Submit Service Report and follow up on rectification work, if any.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma of related field
- **Fresh graduates** are encouraged to apply
- Product knowledge for cabinetry products, home living furniture, interior design for home renovation is a plus point.
- PC literate and familiar with design software e.g. AutoCAD, AiHome will be an added advantage.
- Sales driven, pleasant personality and can-do attitude
- Good communication skills both Malay and English.
- Possed own transport.
- **Willing to work on weekend & public holidays.**
