Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist Sales representative, located in Kajang. The Receptionist Sales representative will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls, and performing clerical duties. They will also handle customer service inquiries and support sales activities as needed, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills and Communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent education level; additional qualifications will be a plus
