1. To ensure new product development and enhancement of old product formulations. 2. To assist the QC and QA team on ensuring the quality of the product incoming and outgoing is always maintained and the operation of the company is according to GMP, ISO, HALAL regulations. 3. To assist the Regulatory team on registration of new products, re-registration and maintenance of already registered products with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) of Malaysia. 4. To assist the Production floor in any case of troubleshooting during manufacturing. 5. To ensure customer satisfaction is fulfilled and to be responsible during any customer complaints received. 6. To assist in purchasing of all consumables and equipment in the Research and Quality Department. 7. To ensure the preparation of sample for customer and for registration purposes. 8. To conduct any job assigned by the superior.
