**About the Role**

What you'll do:

- Design and document enterprise GIS architectures leveraging ArcGIS Enterprise, and associated Esri technologies.
- Define system requirements, architecture components, integration points, and deployment strategies.
- Develop cloud, hybrid, or on-premises GIS solutions based on business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Implement, configure, and administer the ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure, including scalability, reliability, and performance of GIS systems.
- Plan for upgrades, patching, and system migrations (e.g., lift-and-shift, version upgrades).

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. You should be eager to leverage your exceptional communication skills and technical expertise to drive our business goals forward. We believe that to be successful in this role you will need:

- Between 7 to 10 years of related working experience; with at least 5 years in Enterprise GIS system development/deployment implementation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS/Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Possess core Business competencies:

- Requirements definition and analysis
- Business process analysis
- Solution design
- Architecture patterns definition
- System integration
- Strong knowledge in 4 or more of the following:

- ArcGIS Server / ArcGIS Enterprise or Web GIS
- SQL /Oracle / PostgreSQL Database management
- General IT/Network knowledge
- HCI/Virtualization knowledge
- Common Windows Server / Linux OS management knowledge
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Business Continuity Planning
- System Capacity Sizing
- Knowledge in system load & performance testing is an added advantage.
- Related IT certification is an advantage.
- Possesses the following soft skills:

- Excellent written and oral communication in Bahasa Melayu and English
