Count & Cashier

1. Cash Handling & Transactions
- Handle all customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and digital payments.
- Ensure the correct change is given and process payments using the restaurant's POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Confirm that the amount received matches the amount shown on the bill.

2. Cash Counting & Reconciliation
- Count cash at the beginning and end of each shift and reconcile against the POS system to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure that cash drawers are balanced at all times and report any discrepancies to the management immediately.

3. Customer Service
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions regarding the bill or payment methods.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting with any issues related to payments or orders.
- Assist in directing customers to their tables or taking payments at the counter as required.

4. Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization
- Ensure the cashier station is tidy, organized, and stocked with the necessary supplies (receipts, change, etc.).
- Maintain a clean and safe environment at the counter and surrounding areas.

5. Reporting & End-of-Day Cash Handling
- Complete the daily cash reconciliation and provide reports on sales and cash flow to management.
- Help close out registers and secure cash in accordance with restaurant procedures.

6. Other Duties
- Assist with other tasks such as preparing takeout orders, refilling supplies, or helping serve food when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience : Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Skills : Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with POS systems.
- Personality : Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused. Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
