Deploy, uphold, and resolve issues within the Laboratory Information System (LIS) to bolster healthcare activities.
- Work in conjunction with healthcare experts to grasp their IT requirements and offer technical remedies.
- Guarantee the secure and streamlined transmission of patient data while upholding compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide training and assistance to medical personnel regarding clinical IT systems and software.
- Engage in workflow assessments and suggest enhancements to integrate and enhance laboratory operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records concerning the LIS system and user support.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of pertinent job experience in the role of a Medical Technologist.
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Medical Science or Medical Technologist, or a related field.
- Competency in Laboratory Information System and related software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal aptitude for collaborating with healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of functioning in a high-paced healthcare setting.
