Channel Sales Executive/manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, manage, and assist channel partners/agencies to achieve their sales targets.
- Engage partner sales/account teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and report on the partner sales funnel, ensuring accountability for revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with partners throughout the sales process, including creating sales materials, providing customer explanations, and organizing roadshows.
- Ensure partners are well-informed about new products, features, incentives, and guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- Available for both Executive and Managerial roles; full-time positions
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Channel Management, or regional sales, or equivalent specialization.
- Strong communication skills, dynamic, result-oriented, with excellent presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve higher sales commissions.
- Preferably with Telco experience, but not essential.
- Personal qualities: Positive, passionate, collaborative, and able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, as well as being a team player.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients), and English.
- Must have own transport.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,046.50 - RM4,700.00 per month
