We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Purchasing and Production Planner to oversee the purchasing processes and plan production workflows for our products. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes while maximizing efficiency and minimizing delays.

**Key Responsibilities**

Purchasing Responsibilities:

- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality raw materials at competitive prices.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions that align with budgetary constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all purchased materials meet company quality standards and specifications.

**Production Planning Responsibilities**:

- Workflow Organization: Plan and organize production workflows and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Operations Review: Regularly review and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance, addressing any bottlenecks or delays promptly.
- Resource Estimation: Estimate project needs for manpower, equipment, and raw materials, ensuring all necessary resources are available for production schedules.
- Goal Setting: Set clear goals, tasks, and priorities for production staff to drive performance and achieve production targets.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Production planning: 1 year (preferred)
- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Based in Kuala Ketil
- Training at Pokok Sena, Kedah.
