**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the overall cleanliness, safety, and hygiene (QAQC) of the outlet are consistently maintained.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Supervise and support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules based on operational needs.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Outlet Manager.
- Monitor and drive outlet performance to meet sales and service targets.
- Generate and submit performance, inventory, and staff-related reports as required.
- Ensure full compliance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Carry out any ad hoc duties or tasks assigned by management or the Outlet Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Fully vaccinated with at least **2 doses** of a COVID-19 vaccine.
- Minimum **SPM / Secondary School** qualification in any field.
- Strong communication skills in both **English and Malay** (spoken and written).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; proactive, energetic, and eager to grow.
- Preferably possesses own transport and is able to commute reliably.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
