Full Job Description
- Customer service by telephone, mail and chat.
- Creation, management and tracking of customer service tickets.
- Keep the ticket tray within channel wise SL’s
- Understand client policies and guidelines.
- Provide customer service via telephone, mail and social media in the native and English language.
- Attend and solve doubts complaints and comments to users/customers.
- Daily contact with warehouse, report delivery incidents, traces, and creation of guides.
- Capture and control information in customer's CRM.
- Customer Service Experience.

- To offer through a positive and professional attitude, a means of attention to the several issues faced in his/her daily work, always favoring attention to users in an optimal and proactive way.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
