Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Taman Klang Jaya

Salary : From RM 6,000.00

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and optimize key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and business growth.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the Food or FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in key account management and opening.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience working with multinational corporations (MNCs) is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and project management and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
