Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop, build and update annual Channel Strategy, POP Vision/Standards and Trade Spend for channel/sales plan execution.
  • Maintain an up-to-date channel / segment analysis
  • Ensure on-time cascade and execution of channel trade activities
  • Accountable for development ensure effective implementation and carry out evaluation of each promotion
  • Responsible for developing contingency plan based on market competition and review of performance
  • Responsible for planning and executing all NPD launch within the assigned channel.
  • Propose Trade Spend Framework and channel investment plan according to company objectives and priorities as well as ROI evaluation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing
  • Minimum 8 years related experience with minimum 5 years' experience in trade marketing
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage
