Sin Tai Hing, a pioneering sauce manufacturer since 1978, is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in West Malaysia. What you'll be doing?
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Craft and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue and distribution targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Lead Sales Team: Mentor and coach a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance goals and conducting regular reviews to ensure high performance and career development.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Execute Sales Plans: Oversee the execution of sales plans and trade marketing initiatives, ensuring product availability and visibility in the market.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG, preferably in sauces, condiments, or food products. Experience in managing both B2B and B2C channels is highly valued.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. An analytical mindset with strong numerical and forecasting abilities. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin being an added advantage.
