About the role

Seeking passionate sales-driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Sales Assistants in the Klang Valley area. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our retail brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our stores. This is a full-time position based in Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
  2. Assisting customers with product queries, recommendations and purchases
  3. Maintaining store presentation, visual merchandising and stock levels
  4. Processing sales transactions and handling cash/card payments
  5. Restocking and replenishing shelves as needed
  6. Contributing to team targets and KPIs
  7. Adhering to company policies, procedures and health & safety standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the retail industry
  4. Ability to work well in a team and independently
  5. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  6. Good numeracy and cash handling skills
