Sales Assistant + Live Host

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Live Host (Home & Living) to join our growing team. This role combines in-store retail support with on-camera live hosting to help showcase our Home & Living products and create engaging customer experiences both in person and online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in-store, providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and maintain an excellent understanding of our Home & Living range.
  • Manage transactions, handle customer inquiries, and support daily store operations such as restocking and merchandising.
  • Host live-stream sessions to present and demonstrate products in an engaging, informative, and professional manner.
  • Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and encourage product sales during live shows.
  • Prepare product scripts and ensure the live set is well-organised, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Contribute to overall sales targets through both retail support and live-stream performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–12 months of livestreaming experience on TikTok, Shopee, IG Live, or other platforms
  • Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking on camera.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Passion for Home & Living products and trends.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic tech skills for live-stream operation (training can be provided).
  • Previous retail or hosting experience is a plus but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
