What You'll Do:

• Host Live Streams: Take the stage and host live sessions on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other social media platforms.

• Host TikTok Live sessions to promote products, engage viewers, and drive sales.

• Present and demonstrate products in an attractive, energetic, and professional manner.
• Ensure smooth delivery of content while maintaining high audience engagement throughout the live session.

• Collaborate & Create: Work with our sales and marketing team to develop innovative content, strategies, and promotions for your live shows.

• Achieve sales conversion and viewership targets set by the company.

• Promote special deals or campaigns effectively to maximize sales results.
• Analyze live stream performance (e.g., viewer count, engagement, conversion rate) and provide feedback for improvement.

• Sell & Engage: Review and showcase products, engaging with followers and persuading them to make purchases during your live sessions.

• Interact actively with viewers through comments and questions in real-time.

• Build a strong connection with followers and encourage participation through likes, shares, and purchases.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and feedback during the live stream.

• Script & Plan: Prepare engaging scripts aligned with our promotional goals and targets.

• Plan and prepare for live sessions, including scripts, product details, and promotional strategies.

• Work closely with the marketing or sales team to understand key selling points, promotions, and campaign goals.
• Set up the livestream environment, including lighting, background, and technical equipment, for the best presentation quality.
• Track Performance: Monitor and report on live stream performance, providing insights and recommendations to boost success.

• Ensure Quality: Maintain high production standards for audio, visuals, and overall presentation.

• Technical & Production Support Handle basic TikTok Live functions and streaming tools (filters, effects, pinning products, analytics).

• Troubleshoot minor technical issues during live sessions to ensure seamless performance.

• Grow Viewership: Drive efforts to increase live streaming viewers and expand our audience reach.

• Stay updated on TikTok trends, hashtags, and viral content to improve live stream reach.

• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and creative teams to develop fresh and appealing live show ideas.

• Participate in product training and rehearsals to improve presentation quality.

• Brand Image & Representation

• Represent the brand professionally and consistently with its image and tone.

• Maintain a positive and authentic personality that attracts and retains followers.
• Ensure all communications and promotions comply with TikTok community guidelines and company policies.
