What's the team Working?

E-Commerce LIVE team is responsible for:

• Raising positive brand awareness of IP CURTAINS and its associated brands on TikTok and Shopee via LIVE channel
• Driving in more revenue via the channel by generate more sell-out
• Concreting customer loyalty throughout engaging content

What's your role?

• To host livestream session on TikTok and Shopee platform (8 hours live split to 4 session, 2 hour per session)
• To interact with customers throughout live broadcast / livestream
• To prepare the scripts and flows & making sure the livestream runs smooth
• To assist in short video shooting with video production team
• To brainstorm for creative short video ideas

What's the skill required?

• Good command (both spoken and written) in Malay and English
• Comfortable and passionate in front of the camera conducting live
• Bubbly, creative and confident personality
• Able to work on roster and shift arrangement (5.5 working days with 1.5 off days)

Who's there to support you?

Do not worry about packing parcel as we have our dedicated warehouse team to take it on. You and your team will be provided will all equipment needed to perform live session and video shooting event efficiently.

You might be new to being a LIVE host but fret not as all related training will be provided before you kickstart your first On-Air You're always welcomed to initiate a great sharing session among other members of the team, to have some sparks in your mind on how to make LIVE selling into another significant platform for IP CURTAINS.

You will be involved into various internal training and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
