We're looking for a strong Sales Manager who know how to chase, close, and lead. You'll run a small team and carry your own sales number — perfect for top performers who want to earn big.
Responsibilities
- Lead a sales team while driving your own pipeline
- Pitch, demo, and close our cloud-based POS to customers
- Hit monthly KPIs with clear targets and strong support
- Build solid relationships with merchants and understand their needs
- Negotiate confidently and close deals consistently
- Work with onboarding/technical teams for smooth go-live
- Coach your team to improve and hit their numbers
- Show up at meetings, roadshows, and merchant events as our brand rep
Requirement
- A natural hunter and closer
- Target-driven and motivated by performance
- Confident pitching tech to merchants
- Fast, energetic, and self-driven
- Able to lead a team while still closing your own deals
- Familiar with POS system products (cloud)
- Experience with cloud POS companies, food delivery platforms would be an added advantage
