Position: Sales Manager (Recruitment / HR Sales)

Salary: RM3,000 – RM6,000

Job Scope:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve company sales goals and targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for recruitment and HR service offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to expand the client base.
  • Oversee client relationship management, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with management to plan pricing, promotions, and sales activities.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to Sales Executives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and propose improvements to stay competitive.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment operations team to align sales with service delivery and client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR-related sales.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Ability to set strategies, manage targets, and drive team performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
