Interroll, a leading global manufacturer of automated solutions for sorting, conveying, and storing automation, is seeking a results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to join our team and develop new business opportunities in Malaysia. In addition to driving sales, this role will focus on building strong relationships with key accounts and providing pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
The right candidate will have B4B experience selling mechanical or electrical industrial solutions to End Users, OEMs, System Integrators and Distributors.
A bachelor's degree or technical experience in engineering is preferred.
The position entails account management as well as the development of new accounts. Presenting constantly is required, and excellent verbal/written communication skills are necessary. To deliver our message and achieve a realistic sales target with steady revenue.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet or exceed your annual sales goals.
- Act as a Key Account Manager, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in Malaysia.
- Own your territory. Manage, control, and supervise your region, becoming the primary point of contact for clients.
- Travel frequently to meet customers and potential customers, nurturing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor with deep knowledge of Interroll's products, solutions, and applications, providing exceptional pre-sales and after-sales support.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with colleagues throughout the organization to deliver value and achieve outstanding results.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market share and driving revenue growth.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5 of years of sales experience.
- 5 of years of Industry experience.
- Material Handling Systems experience a plus
