Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager (Food Service & QSR) to expand our market reach in the food service and quick service restaurant sectors. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with restaurant chains, hotels, caterers, and distributors, driving sales growth and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our presence in the food service and QSR segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant chains, caterers, hotels, and food distributors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and R&D teams to introduce new products tailored to customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales at food service, QSR, or FMCG. Specifically in manufacturing of cooking pastes & sauces is an advantaged.

Strong network and experience working with restaurants, hotels, and food distributors.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Knowledge of food industry regulations, pricing, and market trends.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
