Position: Assistant Outlet Manager (Sales)

Department: Retail Sales

Reports To: Outlet Manager / Regional Manager

Location: IMIKA Outlet (Nationwide)


Job Summary:

The Assistant Outlet Manager (Sales) supports the Outlet Manager in achieving sales targets, managing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer experience. This role involves motivating the sales team, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining outlet standards in line with IMIKA's culture and brand values.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving monthly and daily sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Inventory & HQ for replenishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure quick problem resolution.
  • Maintain outlet display, cleanliness, and adherence to IMIKA branding guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and performance updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and IMIKA Protection Plan procedures.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance tracking.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or sales management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for technology and customer service.
  • Able to work on weekends/public holidays as per retail schedule.
