**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Issuing Purchase Order for stock and maintenance items for Import shipment.
- Issuing Sales and inter-warehouse transfer related documents for export shipment.
- To ensure the smooth flow of customs declaration of import and export goods of the company; internal customs consultation of the company; establishment of customs policy follow-up and interpretation system
- Handling of the LMW Regulations, record-keeping and verification of progress, and supervision and co-ordination of bonded goods
- Arrangement and co-ordination of import and export cargo transportation
- Responsible for contact with customs, commodity inspection, and other relevant government departments
- Ensure full Letter of Credit and Marine Insurance declaration compliances.
- Support ad hoc and any other duties as required in the department.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Working experience in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines is required.
- Pro-active, team player and meticulous individuals are preferred.
