**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Web Technical Product Manager** to lead the development and delivery of high-performing, scalable web solutions. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and cross-functional leadership to translate business objectives into web products that exceed expectations. You will work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure our web solutions are innovative, user-focused, and aligned with modern web development standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Product Strategy Development**: Define and drive the vision and strategy for web-based products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
- ** Technical Roadmap Planning**: Collaborate with technical teams to design and manage detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on technical feasibility, business needs, and user impact.
- ** Requirement Analysis and Documentation**: Gather and document product requirements, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on product goals.
- ** Hands-On Project Oversight**: Partner with developers and designers to oversee the technical implementation of features, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- ** Market and Technical Research**: Conduct in-depth market research alongside technical evaluations to inform product decisions, keeping up with the latest web development trends and technologies.
- ** User-Centered Design Focus**: Advocate for exceptional user experiences by working closely with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and engaging web interfaces.
- ** Risk and Performance Management**: Identify and mitigate risks during the product lifecycle, and establish metrics to monitor product performance and success.
- ** Documentation**: Create comprehensive technical and product documentation, including feature descriptions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years in product management, with a proven track record of managing technical or web-based products.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including front-end frameworks, APIs, and architectural principles.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing projects with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring technical feasibility and timely delivery.
- Proven success working with technical teams, including developers and QA, to deliver scalable web solutions.
- Exceptional ability to articulate technical requirements and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of user experience principles, with a commitment to delivering products that meet user needs and market demands.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in web development or engineering roles is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Product management certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager, Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
