**OBJECTIVE**:
To lead website design initiatives at Airda Group innovatively, focusing on optimizing branding and conversion rates for our eCommerce stores (Shopify) and general websites. This includes ensuring technical feasibility, optimal user experience across devices, and collaborating effectively with the brand growth team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. eCommerce and General Website Design**:

- Develop and execute creative website designs to enhance user experience and optimize conversion rates, particularly on Shopify.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, aligning them with Airda Group's brand identity and online marketing strategies.
- Manage design projects from concept to live implementation, ensuring optimal performance and brand consistency across platforms.

**2. Conversion Rate Optimization and Technical Proficiency**:

- Utilize coding skills to customize Shopify themes and enhance the overall user experience.
- Conduct regular performance analyses, implementing design changes for continual improvement in conversion rates.

**3. Branding, User Experience, and Cross-Device Optimization**:

- Lead the development of cohesive brand visuals across web properties, ensuring a consistent and impactful online brand presence.
- Ensure websites are optimized for the best experience on both mobile and desktop platforms, working closely with the brand growth team for effective implementation.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in website design, particularly with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, and a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficient in modern web design tools, coding, and software. Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with Liquid (Shopify's templating language) is essential.
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and UX best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
