**Job Overview**

The **Digital Business Analyst** will work closely with our clients to evaluate their services and structure them into clear digital products or offerings. This role ensures that websites, marketing funnels, and digital systems align with the client’s business goals and operate smoothly. You will collaborate with the concept team, content team, design team, UX team, and developers to define functional requirements and optimize business processes within digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Client Business Analysis**: Evaluate client businesses to document their services, products, and value propositions. Identify how these can be structured effectively on their website.
- ** Requirements Gathering**:Conduct discovery calls with clients to extract key business needs and translate them into clear website and system requirements.
- ** Website Product & Service Structuring**: Define how service offerings should be categorized, named, and presented to make them clear for both users and search engines.
- ** Process & Workflow Mapping**:Work with clients and the web development team to map out necessary workflows, automation, and integrations that ensure smooth business operations.
- ** Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work with content and SEO teams to ensure business offerings are clearly defined for marketing and search visibility.
- Support UX and design teams in structuring user journeys that align with business objectives.
- Partner with developers to ensure that system functionalities meet business needs, such as form structures, CRM integrations, and booking systems.
- ** Competitive & Industry Research**: Analyze competitors and industry best practices to offer strategic recommendations on how our clients can differentiate themselves.
- ** Documentation & Reporting**: Create detailed documentation, including business analysis reports, website requirement documents, and user flows for development and design teams.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within digital agencies, web development, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of how service-based businesses operate (experience in finance, law, IT, or mortgage industries is a plus).
- Ability to translate business needs into structured digital solutions.
- Familiarity with website development processes, UX best practices, and SEO fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business models and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
- Experience working with tools like Miro (for wireframes and workflows), Google Docs (for documentation), and project management platforms like ClickUp or Jira.
- Basic understanding of CRMs, automation tools, and website functionality requirements.
