Project Analyst

As a Project Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring the successful coordination, work as team member, and implementation of the project in the Organization.

**Responsilities**:

- **Project Planning**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules, considering resource allocation and budget constraints.
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- **Requirements Analysis**:

- Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Analyze requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ERP or HRMS implementation.
- **System Configuration and Customization**:

- Work closely with technical teams to configure and customize the ERP or HRMS software according to business needs.
- Coordinate testing and validation of system configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- **Data Migration and Integration**:

- Plan and oversee data migration activities, including data cleansing, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Coordinate integration efforts between the ERP or HRMS system and other enterprise systems, such as payroll or finance.
- **User Training and Support**:

- Develop training materials and documentation for end-users.
- Conduct training sessions to educate users on system functionality and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users post-implementation.
- **Change Management**:

- Develop change management strategies to facilitate organizational readiness and acceptance of the new ERP or HRMS system.
- Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders and manage resistance to change.
- **Project Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare regular status reports for project sponsors and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, issues, and risks.
- Proactively identify and address project deviations to ensure timely resolution.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Establish quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the ERP or HRMS system.
- Conduct quality reviews and audits to identify and address any deficiencies or gaps.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Collaborate with ERP or HRMS vendors to manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contract terms and service-level agreements.
- Facilitate communication between the project team and vendors to address issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- **Post-Implementation Evaluation**:

- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of the ERP or HRMS solution.
- Solicit feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Project or System Analyst.
- Capable of understanding of ERP or HRMS concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Project analyst skills, including the ability to coordinate, communicate, organize, and execute complex projects with internal and external users.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies, such as ERP software or HRMS platforms.
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
