**Risk Identification and Assessment**:

- Identifying potential risks across various areas of the organization (financial, operational, strategic, reputational, regulatory, etc.).
- Conducting risk assessments to evaluate the likelihood and potential impact of identified risks.
- Developing and maintaining risk registers and risk maps.

**Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement**:

- Monitoring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures.
- Conducting compliance reviews and audits to identify potential gaps or violations.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs.

**Policy and Procedure Development**:

- Assisting in the creation, review, and maintenance of internal policies and procedures to address identified risks and ensure compliance.
- Communicating policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Preparing clear and concise reports on risk assessments, compliance findings, and mitigation efforts.
- Maintaining accurate records of risk and compliance activities.

**Training and Awareness**:

- Assisting in the development and delivery of risk and compliance training programs for employees.
- Promoting a culture of risk awareness and ethical conduct within the organization.

**Incident Management**:

- Assisting in the investigation and analysis of risk and compliance incidents.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of corrective actions.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including management, internal departments, and external regulatory bodies.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Staying up-to-date on changes in regulations and industry best practices.
- Identifying opportunities to improve risk management and compliance processes.

**Data Analysis**:

- Analyzing data to identify potential risk indicators and compliance trends.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a specialized area related to the industry (e.g., IT for IT Risk & Compliance).
- Min Degree with 6 mths relevent working exp
- Able to read, write and speak in Simplified Mandarin

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
