JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with our pre-IPO goals and corporate vision
- Oversee financial management, accounting, and reporting, including implementation of finance frameworks, policies, and processes in accordance with local/ international accounting standards
- Oversee the capital structure, manage debt and equity financing;
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, and providing accurate commercial insights;
- Oversee the management of cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain the company's financial stability;
- Manage company’s fundraising plans and capital structure;
- Manage the relationships with external parties including bankers, auditors and tax advisors;
- Monitor open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry and ensure that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Report financial results and the risk issues to the board of directors;
- Review and maintain appropriate insurance coverage;
- Assist top management in corporate exercises or any other assignments

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Accounting recognized by Malaysian Institute of Accountant (MIA) or professional qualification in ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA or equivalent
- 8-10 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Experience operating ERP & SAP accounting system is an added advantage
- Experience in automotive heavy industry will be an added advantage
- Possess leadership and management skills with the ability to work well with all levels of people
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Familiar with Bursa listing requirements
- Member of MIA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
